We service your property every 21 days using traditional materials or every 14 days using natural materials. Your service technician will arrive ready to provide professional service. You will receive text messages in advance to remind you of our upcoming visit. The technician will first inspect the property for standing water, then service the mosquito stations, and finally treat the trees, plants, fence, and decking—anywhere mosquitoes may be resting.
We don’t treat flowers, vegitable gardens, fruit trees and any other area where benifical insects may be located, our goal is to protect polinators and eliminate as many mosquitos as possible.

Our 2-Step Approach
Step-1 (Mosquito Stations)
After inspecting the property for standing water and removing any sources of water that may allow mosquitos to lay their eggs. We install mosquito stations around the property. We try to hide them in shaded areas to invite mosquitos to lay their eggs.
The water inside the stations contain (BTI) Bacillus Thuringiensis Israelensis, a naturally occurring bacterium commonly used in biological insecticides for mosquito control. (Harmless to Humans & Animals)
We service the mosquito stations during each service to make sure there is a fresh supply of (BTI) at all times
Step-2 (Mosquito Fogging)
After servicing the mosquito stations your service technician will treat the property using a mosquito adulticide to kill adult biting mosquitos to provide instant relief. The fogging will kill 80-90% of adult mosquitos on your property.
Any new mosquitos coming from your neighbors property will lay their eggs in the mosquito stations or land on an area treated with the adulticide, providing the best results in the mosquito control industry.

How Long Does a Service Visit Take?
For most average homes it takes from 15-20 minutes treat the property, this includes servicing the mosquito stations and fogging the yard.
Do I need to be Home for Mosquito Service?
No, it is not required for you to be home for us to treat your property. The technician will knock on your door for the initial service to introduce themselves and walk the property with you and if you are home, great! If not, they will be able to spray and will try to introduce themselves on a later visit.
When Can I Play Outside After Mosquito Service?
Its okay to go outside immediatly after service, by the time the tech packs up his truck and drives off the property will be dry.
How Often Do You Service My Property?
The frequency of service depends on if we are using traditional materials (21-days), or natural materials (14-days) and how wet your property is on the average day. Your tech will give his recommendation after inspecting your property.
When is the Best Time to Start Service?
